Here below we are sending a project proposal for your favourable consideration.

Title of the project          :        WEAKER BECOMES STRONGER

Description of Project

          As you know already ours is a 54 years old educational institution presently having 1738 students, 55 teaching staff and 5 non- teaching staff. Last year we have got 84% in the SSLC public examinations. We are not able to obtained centum results due to various reason; Lack of good relationship between parents and children, attention, care, concern by parents, cultural background, poverty, proper good facilities etc. The observations of the teachers about the present 10th standard student’s educational status are:

          High IG                 :         5% (above 400/500 marks)

          Above average     :         15% (350 – 400)

          Average                :         20% (300-350)

                                                30% (250-300)

          Below average      :         30%  (below -250)

          To improve the mark tally and IQ of below average (30%) to normal level is our project proposal. We have already got full co-operation and involvement of the parents in this project.

 

 

 

The project:

1.                 30% of the below average level students are taken in for this project.

2.                 For every 15 student’s 1 teacher will be appointed

3.                 Four hours per day will be spent for this purpose.(morning 8.00 to 9.30, evening 5.00 to 7.30)

4.                 Week end test will be conducted and result will be sent the parents.

5.                 Parents meeting twice a month.

-         Students have the awareness of future.

-         The whole atmosphere of the student’s institution will improve.

-         There will be lot of psychological changes the behaviour of the students

-         Parents and student’s will get mental satisfaction.
